Residential Solar

Solar designed around your home's actual energy consumption.

A rooftop system for a home should reflect how that home actually uses electricity — not a standard package. We study your bill pattern, sanctioned load, roof orientation and shadow-free area before proposing a capacity range.

01

Site & roof study

Usable shadow-free area, orientation, tilt and structural suitability are assessed before design.

02

System design

Module, inverter and mounting selection matched to your consumption pattern and available space.

03

Installation & commissioning

Executed by our own trained teams with defined safety and quality checkpoints.

04

Monitoring & support

Generation visibility plus a support channel that stays open after commissioning.

Rooftop solar built around your home's bill

Most homes in Ahmedabad and Gujarat sit somewhere between a 2 kW and 8 kW requirement, but the right capacity depends on your monthly units, sanctioned load and shadow-free roof area — not on a packaged offer. We read twelve months of your electricity bill, map usable roof area after tanks, staircases and parapet shadows, and propose a capacity range with a realistic monthly generation estimate for your location.

Roof, structure and shading assessment

Before design we check roof type (RCC slab, sheet or tiled), orientation, tilt, structural condition and shading from adjacent buildings or trees through the day. South-facing, unshaded area gives the best yield; where that is limited we use an east-west layout or elevated structures to recover usable area without damaging waterproofing.

Subsidy and net metering, handled with you

Eligible residential consumers can apply under the PM Surya Ghar: Muft Bijli Yojana through the national portal. We explain current eligibility rules, help you understand the application steps and coordinate the net metering paperwork and inspection with your DISCOM. Subsidy amounts and rules are set by the government and can change — we share what applies at the time of your enquiry rather than promising a fixed figure.

Installation, safety and handover

Installation is done by our own trained teams with defined safety and quality checkpoints: mounting alignment, torque checks, DC/AC cable routing, earthing, SPD and inverter configuration. At handover you receive the layout, warranty documents, monitoring login and a walkthrough of how to read daily generation.

Best suited for

  • Independent houses and bungalows
  • Row houses and villas
  • Housing societies and apartments
  • Farmhouses with reliable grid supply

Residential Solar — common questions

How much roof area does a home solar system need?

As a working rule, plan for roughly 80–100 sq ft of shadow-free roof per kW. A 3 kW system typically needs about 250–300 sq ft.

Is subsidy available for home rooftop solar in Gujarat?

Eligible residential consumers can apply under the PM Surya Ghar scheme via the national portal. Eligibility, capacity limits and amounts are decided by the government; we guide you through the current rules and the application process.

What happens to extra units my system generates?

With an approved net meter, surplus units are exported to the grid and adjusted against your consumption as per your DISCOM's net metering policy.
